This morning we had a great radio show. These were the following guests from the show. Jack Roller, Cody Sanderson, Steve Costanzo, Duane Goldman, Scott Goodale, and finally Jeff Murphy from the Kemin Report. First up was Roller and he explained about the upcoming tournaments for Tulsa National. The event itself is spectacular because lots of top performance young and junior high kids come and compete for a national medal and its one of the biggest kid tournament. Next up was Sanderson and he gave us more details about what we should be expecting from the #1 Nittany Lions during this season of wrestling. Finally the last segment of the first hour show we had Goldman from Indiana University. He talked about being a head coach and the experience he gotten from University of Iowa. Happy Thanksgiving Special Global Wrestling News

Today at Takedown Wrestling Media in Des Moines, Iowa we worked on our Thanksgiving Special Global Wrestling News Episode 11. In the morning we worked on the script some more and produced the episode in the afternoon. While we were working on the script I was busy looking at some new techniques on our site. I figured out a new ways to help with improving our audience base view by finding widget to use with wordpress. In addition, what I also did today was find out more new music to use with our hype up videos for colleges. Afterward, I sent in the video to our Elite Takedown Club client to look and see what else he wanted in the video. He told me it was very nice and didn’t want any changes. I know that for this video my direction was to tour the whole high school and show whats inside. However, all those footage weren’t up to expectation.  Now I know what to expect if I decided to make a tour video. What I need to do is make sure all of the camera’s are functioning right with the setting. Last on what I did today would have work on some audio on Adobe Edition CS6. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and eat lots of turkey with the family on this amazing holiday.

Global Wresting News Episode 10

Yesterday at Takedown Wrestling Media we produced another episode of Global Wrestling News. This week we explained in more details about the Olympic trials, wrestling tournaments, events, and lots more around the sport of wrestling. Afterward I went over the script and see what should be included onto our social media site. While working on that I also complied a list of pump up songs on my own playlist for upcoming hype videos and future references. Today what I did was focused on figuring out what types of music to use for the Elite Takedown Club hype video. I got to say that this was still very challenging for me because if you can’t find the right music for a video you want to create its hard to edit in general. What I’m saying is that the video that I was producing for the client isn’t like any ordinary video, it needs to flow with the music so it grab the audience attention throughout the whole video. In addition, graphics wasn’t really necessary for this video because I had captured lots of footage to be used in their best quality. Last would have been finishing up another draft and hopefully I can get it finally done by tomorrow. Next would to see what changes need to be made to enhance the video more in a professional manner for viewing.

Casey General Store Debut On Takedown Episode 345

Today at Takedown Wrestling Media we finished up on producing our next episode of Takedown TV. Most of this week show was based from the Grapple on the Gridiron that happened this past weekend. We also looked at other wrestling teams around the United State to see what they were up to. This was also the first debut of our new sponsor Casey general store. You will finally see their first ad commercial from this episode of Takedown TV. Their logos will be included in all of our social media sites and apparel now on.  While working on the episode, Tony showed me how to render and edit our video interviews to put onto YouTube. In addition, we also worked on IAWrestle Podcast during the afternoon. What I also did was work on the Elite Takedown Club graphics on Adobe Photoshop CS6 and a draft to show Tony. Last would have been finishing up some small details and watching YouTube videos for ideas on some hype videos. Now what I’ll be doing next is to figure out what types of music would fit to follow our wrestling videos. Furthermore, I will be working more with improving our websites.

Producing Takedown Episode 345

Today at Takedown Wrestling Media in the morning we worked on producing our next episode of Takedown Wrestling TV. This week on Takedown; Top two teams collide on the football field. We’ll take you through all the action in Kinnick stadium, and all the big duals from around the nation. After producing both segment of the show with Tony and Scott as the co-host I went on and worked more on our YouTube channel with uploading and updating our seo. While videos were being rendered I edited some radio commercials for Wells Fargo Arena on Adobe Audition CS6. These were two 30 seconds advertisement for Veridian. Last would have been working on the second part of Elite Takedown Wrestling video with graphics. I went on Photoshop CS6 and started to work on graphics to be included in the Elite video. Now my next step for tomorrow would to go onto our Takedown wrestling website and work on putting Casey logos on our social media. What I need to also do is finish up the Elite Takedown Club video right away once I’m at the studio. Furthermore, Tony will explain to me more about working with wordpress and updating posts.

Grapple On The Gridiron In Iowa City

This was an awesome weekend going over to Iowa City to watch the Grapple On The Gridiron with IAWrestle and Takedown Wrestling Media. The morning before the event we had our daily Takedown radio show at Kinnick Stadium. One of our main guest was Mike Richardson from Casey and he discussed more about the event. This was awesome because it was inside the press box and it wasn’t like our normal type of radio show since we weren’t at IHeartMedia in Des Moines, Iowa. Additionally, what we also did in the press box was meeting other wrestling media like USA Wrestling and Flo were there to help cover the event. What I did at this event was help with our snapchat and did some video work down on the field during the wrestling dual with Brad. We took lots of pictures and video footage’s to use for our next upcoming show of Takedown Wrestling TV. Overall, from the event I gained more knowledge being in the press side rather than being a normal audience watching the dual. Furthermore, the media insight for the event went very great. We had over 42,000 people who attended the event this past Saturday morning. Next on the agenda now is to work more on updating the website with Casey logos and edit the clips we gathered from the event tomorrow. Now I’ll be working more with our social media and enhancing it in more details with lots of wrestling coverage’s since lots of tournaments has begun for lots of colleges.

Down below this post you can watch a slide show of the event or click-through it.

Ready For The Grapple On The Gridiron

Today at Takedown Wrestling Media in Des Moines, Iowa we were busy getting ready for the Grapple On The Gridiron. The dual is between #3 Iowa vs #2 Oklahoma State. You can follow this event live on the Big Ten network. Also Iowa will be hosting our daily Takedown radio show at Kinnick stadium at the press box. This event has been on my mind since the announcement last year. I can’t believe it’s finally here at last and I’ll be included in the Iowa wrestling history program for this particular event. What I also did this week was work more on my editing technique on my free time at home. In addition, a friend from Happy Medium taught me more in-depth about networking with people. While I was at this social gathering my friend also gave me an insight on how to become a successful entrepreneur. Last would be that we got some great news at Takedown. Casey has agreed to become our sponsor for our radio show and lots of our media. Now you’ll be seeing their logos on our apparel and our social media. Next would be to just have fun tomorrow and take lots of pictures with some amazing video clips.

Producing Takedown Episode 344

Today at Takedown Wrestling Media in Des Moines, IA I helped Brad produced our next episode of Takedown Wrestling TV. This week on Takedown; U.S. athletes shine at the Bill Farrell International. We’ll take you through the first full week of college wrestling, and go one-on-one with Virginia Tech heavyweight, Ty Walz. Scott also explained more in-depth about some of the major duals that occurred this past weekend. The most important information that was incorporated into this show were the top upsets that happened at the All-Star Classic as mentioned with Adam Coon on our radio show Saturday. Afterward, I went over to the KIA dealership place and did a maintenance check with an oil change. That only took about an hour of my time then I went back to Takedown and work more on editing the Wartburg hype video. While working on the video I went over to YouTube and listen to some music to help when creating videos for the future. When creating a video it has to flow with the music and that’s still a challenging part that I need to figure out. I need to use original content and music are one of the hardest because you need to work with the audio. Last would have been finding more resource on the web that would help me with audio playlist. Next would to complete those videos before the end of the week. Remember to follow my social media site and here is my twitter that I’ll be posting more content on so follow!
